    The Role

    Goal:

    Build long-term customer relationships that drive referrals and repeat business.

    What You’ll Do:

    You’ll manage the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract—and beyond.

    · Meet with homeowners in their homes and at our showroom

    · Deliver polished, consultative presentations (not high-pressure sales)

    · Create accurate, customized proposals

    · Close contracts with integrity and confidence

    · Own your follow-up and customer communication

    · Maintain clean, accurate CRM records

    · Provide clear pipeline visibility

    We provide strong lead flow, and our top consultants also take initiative with personal prospecting and relationship-based referrals.

    Compensation

    · Guaranteed draw against commission

    · Strong earning potential for disciplined, accountable closers

    · Income directly tied to performance—no cap for top producers

    Qualifications

    · Valid MHIC Salesperson License OR substantial home construction experience

    · 5+ years of sales and customer relationship management experience

    · CRM proficiency (Salesforce or MarketSharp a plus)

    · General computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.)

    · Knowledge of windows, doors, and exterior products (ProVia and Marvin experience a major plus)

    · Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    · Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

    · Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities

    · Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
