Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staff needs.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and outreach.

Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets.

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
