We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will meet with homeowners at their residences, assess painting projects, provide expert recommendations, and prepare accurate bids. The ideal candidate combines strong interpersonal skills with attention to detail and the ability to confidently close sales. This position requires someone who is comfortable working independently, building trust with clients, and representing the company with professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities: • Schedule and attend in-home consultations with prospective residential customers • Evaluate interior and exterior painting projects, including surface conditions and preparation requirements • Accurately measure project areas and assess materials and labor needs • Prepare detailed, professional estimates and proposals • Clearly explain scope of work, timeline, products, and pricing to customers • Recommend appropriate paint products, finishes, and color options • Answer customer questions and address concerns confidently • Negotiate pricing when appropriate and close sales • Follow up with prospects to maintain strong lead conversion rates • Coordinate with project managers and production teams to ensure smooth project handoff • Maintain detailed records of estimates, customer interactions, and sales activities • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets Qualifications: • We want A-players who are hungry to learn and soak up everything there is to know about how to influence and communicate effectively • In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we provide bonuses for successfully setting up estimates so you can exponentially earn as your skills improve.
