    We're the dominant pest control and wildlife removal company in Northeast Florida. We've built the brand, the systems, and the reputation. Now we need a closer who knows how to work.

    This is a hunter role. You'll work company-provided leads, do cold outreach, and build your own book through networking and referrals. You'll sell residential and commercial contracts for pest control, wildlife exclusion, and protection plans — recurring revenue that pays.

    What You'll Do

    Work warm company-provided leads daily

    Cold call and prospect in targeted markets

    Network and build referral pipelines

    Run in-home and commercial consultations

    Present and close protection plans and service agreements

    Follow up on quotes and proposals consistently

    Hit daily and weekly activity targets

    What We're Looking For

    Proven sales experience (any industry considered)

    High activity tolerance — a "no" doesn't slow you down

    Self-directed with strong personal accountability

    Entrepreneurial mindset — you run your territory like a business

    Direct communicator who gets to the point

    Valid driver's license and clean criminal history are required

    Compensation

    Base pay + uncapped commission

    Realistic 1st year earnings: $75,000–$110,000 for a motivated rep

    Company-provided leads — you're not starting from zero

    Recurring revenue products = Higher Commission
