$80,000 – $120,000+ OTE | Base + Uncapped Commission

Pink Zebra Moving is a fast-growing moving company in Metro Detroit. We generate +200 warm leads per month, and we’re looking for a Sales Consultant who can convert those opportunities into booked business.

This is a consultative sales role, not cold calling and not order taking. Customers are already reaching out, your job is to guide them, build trust, and close.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and warm leads

Conduct in-home and virtual estimates

Assess customer needs and build accurate quotes

Send proposals and follow up consistently

Close sales and collect deposits

Build relationships with referral partners

Maintain a clean and organized sales pipeline

Requirements

2+ years of sales experience (home services or moving preferred)

Strong closing ability and confidence asking for the business

Comfortable running in-home consultations

Highly organized with strong follow-up habits

Professional communication, in person and over the phone

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation

Base salary + uncapped commission

On-target earnings: $80,000 – $120,000+

Top performers exceed $120K

Schedule & Work Environment

Hybrid role (in-home appointments, office, remote)

Monday–Friday core hours

Some evening and weekend availability based on customer needs
