    Consultative Sales Polaris Estate Planning & Elder Law Creve Coeur / St. Charles, Missouri Full-Time | In-Office | Base $50,000 | Total Comp $100,000–$150,000+ Do you know how to lead a consultation, build trust quickly, and confidently ask for the business when the fit is clear? Polaris Estate Planning & Elder Law is hiring a Sales Consultant to join our growing team in the St. Louis metro area. This is a consultative sales role for someone who is strong in the room, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable guiding people through important decisions. You will meet with prospective clients who are already considering estate planning or elder law services and help them move forward with clarity and confidence. These are not cold calls. The opportunities are warm. The work is meaningful. The earning potential is real. Our successful team members earn $100,000–$125,000 in year one. Top performers exceed $150,000. This is not a projection. It is what our people are actually earning. Base salary: $50,000 Performance bonuses tied to results Total comp: $100,000–$150,000+ Responsibilities: • Lead scheduled consultations with prospective clients • Guide families through important planning decisions and make strong, clear recommendations • Ask for the business when the fit is right • Follow up with discipline on prospects who have not yet decided • Track pipeline activity and conversions in our CRM • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and professionals in the St. Louis community • Work closely with intake, attorneys, and staff to deliver a strong client experience • Represent Polaris with professionalism and credibility in every interaction Qualifications: You may be a fit if you: • Have a track record in consultative sales, business development, or high-trust professional services • Have personally been responsible for asking for and winning the business • Are empathetic, but not hesitant • Can move naturally between an emotional conversation and a financial decision • Are organized and disciplined with follow-up • Are coachable, accountable, and motivated by performance • Present with confidence and credibility • Build relationships naturally and maintain them over time Backgrounds that often do well in this role: financial services, insurance, in-home sales, business development with closing responsibility, or any role where you owned the outcome. Legal experience is not required. Closing ability is. Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000+ total comp
