Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, managing lead intake via phone, email, and in-person inquiries. • Accurately document and maintain all client communications, opportunities, and project details within the CRM system. • Conduct onsite consultations to evaluate potential projects and develop design agreements for qualified prospects. • Lead design agreement meetings, guiding clients through our process, touring the design center, and presenting and finalizing proposals. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a professional, organized, and positive experience from initial contact through project completion. • Collaborate closely with design and production teams to ensure smooth project transitions, clear expectations, and consistent communication. • Stay current on industry trends, building codes, and materials in order to provide informed, value-driven recommendations to clients. Qualifications: • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in remodeling, construction, real estate, or design. • Strong understanding of the home remodeling process and materials. • Proficient with CRM platforms. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects. • Professional, team-oriented, and passionate about creating quality client experiences. • Ability to read architectural plans and specifications. • Valid driver's license for onsite consultations and site visits. Compensation: $80,000 yearly
