    Spray-Net is a fast-growing home-improvement company with nearly 70 locations across North America. Our patented exterior coatings give homeowners a permanent, factory-quality finish in a single day, at a fraction of the cost of replacement. We are known for high-quality results, professionalism, and a strong customer experience.

    We are looking for a reliable, motivated Sales Consultant to join our team for the upcoming season.

    Position Overview

    This role involves meeting homeowners on-site, providing consultations, preparing quotes using our software, assisting with color selection, and managing the customer relationship through the sales process.

    Important: Salespeople who take initiative, build relationships, and generate their own leads consistently earn more in this role than those who rely solely on inbound digital leads. Self-motivated individuals will be the best fit.

    Start Date: ASAP

    Type: Seasonal (flexible start and end dates)

    Availability: Some daytime, evening, and weekend hours

    Compensation:

    Commission on all digital and referral leads

    Additional bonuses for self-generated leads

    No income cap

    Service Area: Littleton, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Parker, Castle Rock

    Training provided before the season begins

    Key Responsibilities

    Conduct on-site consultations with homeowners

    Prepare and present quotes using our software

    Follow up with prospects and collect deposits

    Assist clients with color selection (training provided)

    Maintain clear communication throughout the process

    Participate in home shows and community events

    Represent the Spray-Net brand professionally

    Support new team members when needed

    Qualifications

    Strong communication and customer-service skills

    Ability to manage leads, follow up consistently, and close sales

    Highly self-motivated; comfortable generating your own leads

    Organized and reliable

    Experience in home improvement, construction, real estate, or similar fields is helpful but not required

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

    Completion of online and onsite training (provided)
