    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven commission-based Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Greenville, SC. This individual will help spearhead our sales initiatives, manage local and digital marketing strategies, oversee lead management, and conduct at-home consultations with prospective clients.     Service Area: Greenville, Greer, Mauldin, Simpsonville, Fountain Inn, Travelers Rest, Taylors and surrounding areas

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Sales Leadership: Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

    · Marketing Management: Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to optimize local and digital marketing efforts, tailoring strategies to the Greenville market.

    · Lead Management: Efficiently handle inbound leads, ensuring prompt follow-up and nurturing potential clients through the sales funnel.

    · Client Consultations: Conduct at-home consultations to assess client needs, present Spray-Net solutions, and provide accurate project estimates.

    · Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and encouraging referrals and repeat business.

    · Brand Representation: Act as the face of Spray-Net Greenville, promoting our brand and services at local events, home shows, and through community and other key networking engagements.

    Qualifications:

    Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably within the home improvement, painting, or related industries.

    Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

    Self-Motivation: Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, and achieve goals without constant supervision.

    Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.

    Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits and events.

    Compensation:

    Commission Structure: Performance-based compensation with commission rates starting at 6% on sales, plus additional bonus incentives on other various KPIs.

    Uncapped commission.
