JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a motivated, professional, and relationship-driven Sales Representative to help homeowners transform their homes through premium painting and cabinet refinishing services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building trust, and helping clients make confident decisions while representing a high-quality brand.

Position Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for:
Responding to inbound leads
Meeting homeowners for on-site consultations
Building accurate estimates and proposals
Following up with prospects
Closing sales
Maintaining a strong customer experience from estimate through project completion
This position requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to confidently guide customers through the sales process.
Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home estimates
Educate customers on Spray-Net products, coatings, and processes
Measure projects and build accurate proposals
Follow up with leads consistently
Maintain communication with customers throughout the sales cycle
Update CRM with notes, statuses, and follow-up tasks
Work closely with production and operations teams
Generate referrals and neighborhood opportunities
Represent the company professionally at all times
Help maintain a 5-star customer experience
Qualifications
Previous sales experience preferred (in-home sales, painting, construction, remodeling, or home services is a plus)
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable speaking with homeowners and handling objections
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and mobile apps
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work evenings and some weekends as needed
Compensation
Base salary and/or commission structure depending on experience. Typically 6-8% of gross sales. $1M in sales is ideal.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
Manage and complete the Spray-Net sales process which includes
o The customer consultation
o Using our software to quote the job
o Follow up with customers
o Collect job deposits
o Assist in color selection (yes we’ll train you and give you the tools to do so!)
o After-sales support as needed with your customers
Relationship building and maintenance
Participation in home shows
Mentor and coach new team members
Promote positive brand image
Play your part in blowing the customers’ mind! (really they are very impressed with our service and it’s the best part of our job)
