    In this role, you'll work with individuals who have already reached out for help with IRS and tax debt issues. These are warm, inbound opportunities—no cold calling. You'll take a consultative approach to understanding each client's situation, explain available options, and guide them toward the solution that best fits their needs.

    Compensation & Earning Potential

    • Earn 15% commission on every closed deal
    • Top performers consistently earn $15,000–$24,000+ per month
    • Daily, weekly, and monthly performance bonuses

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Speak with inbound prospects actively seeking tax relief assistance
    • Build trust through consultative, solution-focused conversations
    • Assess each client's unique tax situation and financial goals
    • Explain available options and answer client questions
    • Confidently overcome objections and help clients move forward
    • Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process
    • Manage your pipeline while achieving individual and team sales goals

    Schedule

    Location: Irvine, CA (On-Site)

    Hours:

    • Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • One half-day Saturday each month

    What We're Looking For

    • Minimum of 6 months of phone sales experience
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to overcome objections and confidently close sales
    • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented
    • Comfortable working in a performance-based sales environment

    Ideal Backgrounds

    • Inside sales and phone-based sales
    • High-volume call center environments
    • Commission-based and quota-driven roles
    • Tax relief, debt settlement, financial services, or other high-ticket sales
    • Division I (D1) athletes
    • College graduates looking to launch a long-term sales career
