What You’ll Do
Deliver an outstanding customer experience through a one‑on‑one consultative sales process, guiding customers through personalized assessments and product recommendations
Actively listen to understand customer needs, lifestyle, and pain points, then tailor solutions that best support their goals
Demonstrate product features and benefits with confidence and clarity
Educate customers on the long‑term value of Good Feet arch supports and related products
Build trust and rapport to foster repeat business and long‑term customer relationships
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continued comfort
Maintain a positive, professional, and solutions‑focused attitude
Contribute to a collaborative team environment while also excelling independently
Take ownership of your personal sales performance, metrics, and goals
Work a flexible schedule including weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holidays
What We’re Looking For

Availability for a rotating schedule, including weekends
Store hours:
Monday–Friday: 10 AM–6 PM
Saturday: 10 AM–5 PM
Sunday: 11 AM–5 PM
