What You’ll Do

Conduct one-on-one consultative sales conversations with customers

Identify customer needs, pain points, and lifestyle goals through effective questioning

Educate customers on arch support solutions and product benefits

Recommend personalized solutions with confidence

Close sales and consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly goals

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Maintain strong product knowledge and store presentation standards

What We’re Looking For

Sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred

Strong ability to build rapport quickly and earn trust

Confident asking for the sale and closing transactions

Competitive, goal-oriented, performance-driven mindset

Comfortable working in a commission-based environment

Available evenings and weekends

Store Hours

Monday–Friday: 10 AM–6 PM

Saturday: 10 AM–5 PM

Sunday: 11 AM–5 PM
