    Tony’s Appliance is a family-owned and operated appliance sales and service business with an immediate opening for a Sales Consultant. Located in Burnsville, MN, we have proudly served the Twin Cities South Metro area for over 40 years. We sell and service all major brands of appliances, water heaters and water softeners.

    We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the face of our company, assisting customers in person, by phone, email, and text to help them find the right products, answer questions, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You’ll build lasting relationships, expand your product knowledge, and help ensure our store floor is welcoming, organized, and efficient. You’ll also assist our service department by scheduling service calls and helping customers with parts sales.

    Responsibilities:

    Being able to greet customers, answer questions, assist customers with merchandise, and provide exceptional customer service

    Guide customers to merchandise within the store

    Organize and maintain an orderly appearance throughout the store floor

    Develop strong product knowledge across appliances, parts, and services

    Contribute to the department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

    Passionately seek out customers in the store

    Build and maintain positive customer relationships

    Schedule service calls and assist with parts lookup and sales
