Sales Coordinator - Bullzeye Equipment & Supply
Join Our Growing Construction Equipment and Supply Company! Bullzeye Equipment & Supply rents and sells a wide range of construction equipment and supplies, boasting a product line with over 50,000 unique items. Since 2012, we have been committed to providing our customers with unparalleled service in the industry. The Sales Coordinator will act as the in-office support system for our traveling sales team.
Pay: $38,000-50,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:
Compiling and analyzing data.
Creating and distributing quotes.
Assisting with bidding processes.
Calling prospective clients (must be able to establish rapport/build relationships)
Negotiating prices.
Additional administrative tasks.
Please Note: It is essential that the Sales Coordinator has excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills, as this person will regularly be conducting calls and speaking on the company’s behalf.
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Effective planning and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and self-starter mindset.
Preferred:
Experience in data entry, accounting, or finance.
Bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks.
Experience with Salesforce CRM software.
