Job Description
- Support Walmart and other retailer account management activities
- Manage retailer systems, item setup, maintenance, and ongoing updates
- Submit items in QMS
- Coordinate with replenishment teams, operations, logistics, and overseas offices
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasting files, and retailer documentation
- Monitor inventory levels, replenishment flow, and item performance
- Assist with modular updates, new item launches, and promotional tracking
- Support buyer meetings, line reviews, and showroom preparation
- Track samples, customer requests, and action items across departments
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with retail partners
- Assist the Sales Director with account analysis and business reporting
Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting Walmart is required
- Strong working knowledge of Walmart systems is required:
- Retail Link
- Scintilla
- Item 360
- QMS
- NOVA
- Supplier One
- Replenishment experience is required
- Experience managing item setup and retailer maintenance processes
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication and follow up skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
