POSITION DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a self-driven and ambitious Sales Coordinator/Project Manager to join our team! Don't worry, no cold calling or telemarketing is required and no previous sales experience needed. This is M-F only and we are focused on repeat business customers. If you love talking to people, are energetic, creative, outgoing and have great attention to detail, then we want to speak to you!
Mostly, the job scope includes communicating with clients via phone and email ensuring that we deliver a top notch, creative products that exceed our customer expectations. RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as first point of contact for walk-in, email, E-commerce and telephone customers
Consult with clients on our products and services
Input estimates/orders and help design creative solutions based upon client needs
Organize project completion photos, schedule installations, order materials and follow-up with customers
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing and email activity
Communicate with customers on order status and changes the production schedule.
Complete all paperwork and follow established center procedures from initiation through completion of a project (i.e., Work Order, credit approvals, POS entry, pre-payment collection, artwork approval, delinquent account collection, reporting)
Maintain an attractive retail environment (clean, organized and functional)
Participate in and practice the brand mentality of “Everybody Sells”. Constantly be looking for sales opportunities for the center
