Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator will work in an administrative support role for the Sales Department.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Handling calls, emails, and messages. Provide customer service by answering customer queries, provide status updates, and assisting with arranging delivery dates.
Handling orders by phone, email, or text and checking the orders have the correct prices and products.
Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure the sales order cycle is completed.
Prepares and organizes reports, correspondence and forms.
Assembles, matches, checks numerical data, creates and checks records and logs.
Provide responsible, complex secretarial and administrative support.
Utilize Famous ERP. Experience in Famous ERP is preferred, but not required.
Performs other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Supervisory Responsibilities
None.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organized with attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Must be available to work weekends and some holidays. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
