  • Responsibilities

    Investment Watches is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and manage online product listings across our website, marketplaces, and auction platforms.

    This role will focus on preparing and editing product photos, researching watch information, writing descriptions, publishing listings, responding to online questions, assisting with consignments, and providing sales and after-sales administrative support.

    Responsibilities

    • Create and maintain product listings on Shopify, marketplaces, and auction platforms
    • Select, organize, crop, resize, and perform basic edits to product photos
    • Research and enter accurate watch specifications, condition, pricing, and included accessories
    • Write clear and professional product descriptions
    • Ensure listings remain accurate, current, and consistent across all platforms
    • Respond to online product questions and route qualified leads to the sales team
    • Assist with consignment agreements, records, documentation, and follow-up
    • Support clients with after-sales questions regarding shipping, warranties, service, and documentation
    • Maintain accurate information across sales, inventory, and e-commerce systems
    • Coordinate with the sales, inventory, logistics, authentication, service, and creative teams

    Qualifications

    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills
    • Clear and professional written communication
    • Comfortable using Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
    • Basic photo-editing skills
    • Ability to manage multiple listings, questions, and follow-ups simultaneously
    • Strong ownership, reliability, and follow-through
    • Willingness to learn luxury-watch brands, references, specifications, and terminology
    • Experience with watches, luxury goods, e-commerce, marketplaces, auctions, or client service is beneficial but not required
    • Must be able to work from our Austin showroom
