We are a fast-growing omnichannel consumer brand, selling through both online and retail channels. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Coordinator to assist the VP of Sales and provide exceptional customer service to support sales efforts.
Role Overview:The Sales Coordinator will assist the VP of Sales in executing sales strategies and managing customer inquiries. This role involves coordination, administrative support, and handling some customer-facing tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:Assist the VP of Sales with administrative tasks and sales coordination.
Provide excellent customer service to existing clients, addressing inquiries and helping resolve issues.
Handle sales-related administrative duties including Excel data tracking, PowerPoint presentations, and report preparation.
Help with organizing sales materials, scheduling meetings, and managing documentation.
Ensure timely responses and follow-ups on customer and sales-related requests.
Provide support for sales meetings, presentations, and other executive functions.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent phone skills and ability to manage customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Design skills (a plus) for creating simple sales or marketing presentations.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently, especially under pressure.
Previous experience in a sales coordinator or administrative support role is a plus.
Must be punctual, reliable, and proactive in all tasks.
