💼 Position Overview
As our Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the hub of our sales operations. You’ll qualify incoming leads, schedule and dispatch Comfort Advisors, and ensure our sales processes run smoothly from first call to final paperwork. This role is perfect for someone who loves customer interaction, is tech-savvy, and has a passion for organization and teamwork.

✅ Who We’re Looking For
🎓 Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred 💼 Experience: Sales support, customer service, or office admin experience (HVAC/service industry preferred) 💻 Skills: Strong computer/data entry skills, CRM experience, and scheduling systems 📊 Strengths: Highly organized, multitasker, and detail-oriented 🗣 Personality: Excellent communicator (phone, email, and in person) with a customer-first mindset
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls and qualify leads using company processes
Schedule sales appointments and dispatch Comfort Advisors
Maintain and update customer records, lead sources, and sales tracking systems
Prepare customer financing paperwork when required
Provide reporting to management (sales closure rates, lead sources, sales backlog, spiff updates, etc.)
Support coordination between Service, Maintenance, and Sales teams for lead turnovers Debrief with Comfort Advisors post-appointment and log results in the CRM
Track lost leads and follow up with customers to re-engage them
Represent Premier HVAC at community and company events
