    Role Overview

    We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to serve as the quarterback of our sales process. This person will be the first point of contact with prospective clients, guiding them through the early stages of the relationship and ensuring a seamless handoff to subject matter experts (SMEs) when deeper technical or consulting knowledge is required. The Sales Coordinator will also manage the proposal process end-to-end, ensuring prospects receive customized Statements of Work (SOWs) and proposals that accurately reflect their needs.

    This is not a high-volume cold calling role. While some outreach and prospecting are part of the job, most of the focus is on discovery, coordination, proposal development, and guiding opportunities through to close.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Targeted Outreach & Lead Development: Conduct focused outreach to new prospects, typically from curated lists or warm introductions, to keep the pipeline active.

    • Initial Discovery Meetings : Meet with prospects to understand high-level requirements, challenges, and goals.

    • Internal Coordination : Engage internal SMEs and colleagues at the right stage to provide technical or specialized input.

    • Proposal Development : Draft, coordinate, and refine tailored SOWs and proposals based on discovery and SME input.

    • Pipeline Management & Follow-Up: Ensure consistent follow-up, track opportunities in the CRM, and shepherd deals through the sales cycle until signed.

    • Relationship Building : Serve as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for prospects throughout the process.

    Qualifications

    • 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, business development, or client-facing roles.

    • Strong organizational and project management skills — able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

    • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

    • Experience working in a consultative sales environment preferred.

    • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

    • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, balancing independent initiative with teamwork.

    • Strong grip on technology usage for example AI and software tools for productivity
