We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Real Estate Coordinator to support our growing team of 55+ agents at The Bridge Group. This in-office role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and loves helping others succeed. Responsibilities: • Own the agent onboarding & offboarding process, ensuring agents feel welcomed, equipped, and empowered from day one • Maintain and update internal platforms like Notion and ChatGPT resources • Collaborate with the recruiter to track leads from "appointment set" to "met" and invite them to join team events • Coordinate branded marketing materials • Assist with organizing and cleaning up agent CRM systems to keep recruiting pipelines efficient • Provide daily operational support to agents — from tech setup and signage to policy questions • Help streamline agent-facing systems by creating SOPs, FAQs, and an “Agent Resource Hub.” • Coordinate team trainings, guest speaker sessions, and agent events • Support accountability tracking by monitoring production and helping with agent scorecards Qualifications: • Active real estate license is preferred • 2+ years in an administrative or operations support role (real estate experience a plus) • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through • Warm, helpful communication style — comfortable being the go-to person for 50+ agents • Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure • Tech-proficient — comfortable using CRMs, Google Drive, Slack, Notion, Zoom, Canva, and more • Proactive, problem-solving mindset — always asking, “How can we make this better?” • This is a full-time, in-office position at our main office location. Hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM Compensation: $45,000
