    Responsibilities

    • Drive sales growth through strategic outreach, lead management, and community engagement.

    • Maintain and optimize CRM/lead database; generate and interpret key reports to guide team strategy.

    • Consistently improve census and revenue through goal-oriented planning and execution.

    • Translate business metrics (e.g., NOI, revenue forecasts) into actionable insights for the sales team.

    • Design and implement successful sales campaigns and revenue-enhancement strategies.

    • Oversee creation and quality of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets, to ensure brand consistency and impact.

    • Manage online presence and collaborate with regional sales/marketing directors to align messaging and outreach efforts.

    • Identify target audiences and personalize messaging and channels for maximum engagement.

    • Track campaign performance; analyze data and adjust strategies to continuously improve conversion rates and outcomes.
