    About The Opportunity Pink Zebra Moving is a moving franchise that makes people smile. Our singular focused goal is to disrupt the entire local moving industry by creating a unique and remarkable customer experience. Pink Zebra Moving plans to grow from a small brand to a national brand that will eventually change the moving industry as we know it today. Pink Zebra Moving of Somerset, NJ is ready to bring on an energetic person to help lead the local sales and operations as Branch Manager. This person will join an emerging brand and help pave the way for many Zebras to come.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Be the face of Pink Zebra in the Somerset, NJ market to help promote the brand and build a strong customer base
    • Set and achieve key performance goals including profit and revenue through:
    • Actively networking in-person with referral sources
    • Identifying potential opportunities and leads to create business opportunities
    • Engage with customers through in-person estimates and phone estimates providing exceptional customer service experience.
    • Manage day-to-day office tasks, including morning meetings, payroll, scheduling, billing, hiring, ordering office and moving supplies, bank deposits, performance reviews, etc.
    • Educate and inform clients about the company’s mission, products, and services
    • Work closely with movers to maintain efficient and customer-focused moves focused on creating an exceptional customer experience, completing moves on time and safely. This includes ensuring movers:
    • Are adhering to including daily truck checks, tablet usage, move best practices for safety and time, and customer experience activities
    • Movers are properly onboarded, trained, and provided ongoing support to new and existing team members
    • Staff is at adequate levels at all times
    • Including new and innovative ways of making moving fun
    • Maintain a positive workplace culture where movers are able to experience both professional and personal growth
    • Make people smile
    • Other responsibilities as necessary

    Qualifications 5+ years of experience in office management, sales and/or leading teams 5+ years of experience in the moving industry is preferred, but not required Have a positive attitude Valid NJ driver's license Clean criminal background
