Sunday: 10am–7pm

Monday–Saturday: 9am–8pm

What You’ll Do

As an Experience Guide, you are the heartbeat of the boutique and a key driver of revenue and guest satisfaction.

Create a warm, welcoming guest experience from check-in to check-out

Confidently recommend upgrades and drive membership and sales performance

Book, adjust, and manage appointments accurately in a fast-paced system

Handle guest payments and transactions with attention to detail

Maintain boutique standards before, during, and after shifts

Support team members and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations

Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care

What We’re Looking For

Strong sales mindset with confidence recommending services and upgrades

Excellent communication and active listening skills

Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Team player who contributes to a positive work culture

Prior sales or customer service experience preferred, not required
