What You’ll Do

This is NOT your typical retail job. You’ll be the face of the brand—driving both customer experience and sales performance.

Greet every client with high energy and professionalism

Educate customers on tanning, wellness, and skincare benefits

Recommend memberships, upgrades, and products (lotions, packages, spa services)

Build relationships that turn first-time visitors into long-term members

Maintain a clean, organized, luxury environment

Handle front desk operations (check-ins, booking, payments)

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills and confidence talking to customers

Sales mindset (you enjoy earning commission and hitting goals)

Positive attitude, reliable, and coachable

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Retail, fitness, spa, or sales experience is a plus—but not required
