Working for Goldfish Swim School will allow you to provide children and families with necessary life skills to combat the ever-growing drowning statistics.

    We are seeking a sales-focused team member with a friendly, confident, and goal-driven personality that has availability on weekday mornings, specifically Tuesdays and Fridays. This part-time position requires 8–12 hours per week and is ideal for someone who thrives on connecting with families and delivering exceptional customer service.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Follow up with leads through phone calls, texts, and email

    Convert inquiries into annual and monthly memberships

    Track, manage, and achieve individual sales goals

    Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective families

    Maintain accurate records in our customer management system

    Support daily front desk operations and administrative tasks as needed

    Assist with facility upkeep and cleanliness to ensure a safe, welcoming environment

    Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall school operations

    What We’re Looking For: Required

    High school diploma or equivalent

    1–2+ years of sales experience (inside sales, memberships, enrollment, or service-based sales preferred)

    1+ year of customer service experience

    Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with warm leads

    Experience working independently and managing goals

    Excellent communication and organizational skills

    Preferred (but not required)

    Experience in a membership-based business (fitness, childcare, swim schools, etc.)

    CRM or customer management software experience

    Experience working with families or in a child-focused environment

    Additional education in business, communications, or related field is a plus

    Certificates and Licenses Required:

    Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certification required within 90 days of employment - training available on site.
