Sales & Customer Service Representative
The Employee shall be employed by Prestige Auto Appearance as a sales representative, responsible for selling vehicle surface protection packages such as window tint, paint protection films, ceramic coatings, wheel repairs, paint less dent removal and to automotive customers.
The Sales & Customer Services Representative will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. The successful candidate will be well-versed in PAA’'s product offerings and capable of advising customers based on their needs and preferences.
Key Responsibilities
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
75 outbound calls per day
Required Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
Excellent knowledge of Google Suites (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Keep, etc)
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
Familiarity with virtual phone system such as Ring Central
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customers needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Job Responsibilities
Following a strategic sales cycle to create, convert and retain customers
Actively sell PAA’s products to customers through inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and in-person visits.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their needs.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services and identify opportunities for additional sales.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify new target markets and opportunities for growth.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to maintain a competitive edge.
Communicate and record project information accurately and efficiently with the installation team for smooth and successful outcomes.
Set the tone of the environment, ensuring that the space is in mint condition, music is on and the candle is lit.
