We’re looking for a driven, energetic team member to join our front-of-house team as a Sales & Customer Experience Specialist. This is not a typical front desk position. This is a highly active, sales-driven role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and loves hitting goals.     What You’ll Do

    As a Sales & Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll help drive both customer satisfaction and business performance.

    Responsibilities include:

    Drive membership sales through customer education and relationship building

    Achieve key performance goals including membership conversion, rebooking, average ticket, and retail sales

    Recommend service upgrades, add-ons, and retail products

    Build and follow up with sales leads

    Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage customer accounts

    Resolve customer concerns and create positive client experiences

    Retain memberships and strengthen customer loyalty

    Support daily operations and keep the front area clean and organized

    Cross-train in multiple areas to support team needs and business growth

    Experience Preferred

    Sales experience strongly preferred

    Customer service experience (retail, restaurant, hospitality, or similar)

    Comfortable using technology and computer systems

    Reliable transportation required

    Comfortable moving quickly in a busy environment

    Willingness to work as part of a highly collaborative team
