We are looking for a Sales Department Assistant to join our team! This position supports our sales team in managing customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining records and clerical duties.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and customer communications.
- Process orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the organization of trade shows and client meetings.
- Setup travel arrangements
- Coordinate meeting and conferences
- General clerical duties to include but no limited to: photocopying, mailing and filing.
- Create excel table with customer data information after each trade show.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative or sales support roles preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
