As a Sales & Design Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping customers bring their flooring visions to life. From the first consultation to final installation, you'll guide their journey with confidence and care. What You’ll Do: • Welcome and engage customers in-store, over the phone, and on-site. • Understand their needs and recommend stylish, functional flooring solutions. • Provide clear project estimates and timelines. • Coordinate installations and ensure top-notch follow-through. • Collaborate with your team to deliver an exceptional experience. Responsibilities: • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively position our offerings in the market • Conduct final negotiations and close sales while observing established pricing and profit targets • Negotiate and close sales deals while following company pricing and profitability guidelines. • Develop and maintain meaningful connections with clients, old and new, to boost retention rates and sales. • Collaborate with internal teams, such as installers and customer service, to ensure a smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. • High level of awareness of market development, product releases, and competitors. • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. • Identify and prospect potential customers. Qualifications: • Competence with customer relationship management (CRM) and other sales tools • 1-3 years of experience in HVAC sales or a similar sales role, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets • To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills • Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Have a valid driver's license and be able to travel as required to customers' locations. • Eligible to work in the United States. • This position required a high school diploma or equivalent (GED); with additional schooling (Certificate, associate or bachelor's degree) in design, communications or business management. • Prior experience in sales is a bonus! Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 yearly
