    Job Overview Re-Bath Savannah is seeking a motivated Sales Design Consultant to meet with homeowners, design customized bathroom solutions, and guide customers confidently through the sales process. This role combines consultative selling with design and is ideal for professionals who excel in face-to-face appointments, managing the full sales cycle, and closing business.

    Your Impact As a Re-Bath Design Consultant, you will:

    Meet with homeowners to understand their needs, identify urgency, and design bathroom solutions.

    Present Re-Bath’s proprietary products using a structured and effective sales process.

    Guide customers through the decision-making process with clarity and confidence.

    Close sales on the first visit when possible and submit clean, production-ready jobs.

    Manage your time effectively from consultation through follow-up and team support.

    Be assigned Lowe’s and Home Depot locations, Visit three (2) assigned stores per week.

    Visit (1) existing customer per week.

    Who You Are You’re not looking for just another sales job. You want to win, make an impact, and be recognized for excellence.

    Results-driven, competitive, and motivated by performance-based income.

    A proven one-call closer with a strong B2C sales track record.

    Minimum 3 years of business-to-consumer sales experience.

    Comfortable using technology, CRM tools, and iOS devices.

    Home improvement or remodeling experience preferred.

    Disciplined, organized, and detail-oriented.

    Personable and persuasive, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

    Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.

    Compensation and Benefits

    $120,000 – $300,000+ per year, commission-based and uncapped.
