Must have residential construction building experience Responsibilities: • Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met • Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory • Build a strong referral network to drive new sales opportunities. • Design, estimate, and sell outdoor living projects such as decks, patio covers, and outdoor kitchens to homeowners. • Participate in trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events. • Meet monthly and quarterly sales revenue goals by tenacious follow-up and solving problems for clients. Qualifications: • Should have working knowledge of a CRM • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred • Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years • You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle • To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills • Residential construction knowledge.
