Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Assistant Represent to join our team. If you're great with customers and comfortable making follow-up or sales calls, this is your chance to contribute to a company that empowers contractors and builders across the country.

Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to new and existing leads

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business

Answer inbound customer service calls and assist with order inquiries

Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team

Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (HubSpot)

Support marketing efforts with customer feedback and outreach

Qualifications

Strong communication skills (phone and email)

Comfortable making outbound calls and following scripts

Experience in customer service or sales (construction industry is a plus)

Highly organized and detail-oriented
