Key Responsibilities
- Help grow and support a regional client/partner network through outbound communication and account management.
- Support onboarding and provide systems/process training to external partners.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on initiatives tied to growth, service delivery, and partner success.
- Participate in occasional travel for training, meetings, and territory support.
- Assist with various team projects and contribute to promotional initiatives.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and virtual collaboration tools
Preferred:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus)
Additional Information
- Some travel may be required, including periodic overnight stays
