What You’ll Do
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Buzz, you’ll be the first line of communication with potential customers—sparking conversations, building relationships, and booking qualified meetings for our sales team. This is a launchpad role with the opportunity to grow into Account Executive, Customer Success, or even Sales Leadership as we scale.
Identify and research target accounts and ideal customer profiles
Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, social) to connect with potential buyers
Qualify inbound leads and understand their business pain points
Set high-quality discovery calls for the leadership team
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to refine outreach strategies
Keep CRM data clean and accurate to support team visibility and growth
Learn the ins and outs of cybersecurity to become a trusted first impression
