    What You’ll Do

    As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Buzz, you’ll be the first line of communication with potential customers—sparking conversations, building relationships, and booking qualified meetings for our sales team. This is a launchpad role with the opportunity to grow into Account Executive, Customer Success, or even Sales Leadership as we scale.

    • Identify and research target accounts and ideal customer profiles

    • Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, social) to connect with potential buyers

    • Qualify inbound leads and understand their business pain points

    • Set high-quality discovery calls for the leadership team

    • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to refine outreach strategies

    • Keep CRM data clean and accurate to support team visibility and growth

    • Learn the ins and outs of cybersecurity to become a trusted first impression
