As a Sales Development Representative with Zoom Home Lending, you will be served with a constant supply of warm leads, meaning you can spend more time speaking with customers and never have to worry about lead-generation. Our Transfer team connects with approximately 200 customers per-day (per person) with the simple goal of establishing interest, and handing-off those customers to a licensed mortgage banker.
This role does not require any licensing.
Qualifications
- Comfortable on the phone with excellent communication skills
- Phone-based Sales or Customer Service Experience (Required)
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of mortgage industry (Preferred but not required)
Key Responsibilities
- Contact approximately 200 leads per-day to discuss interest / eligibility for various loan products.
- Connect interested customers with a team of internal mortgage bankers, ensuring a smooth hand-off and exhibiting excellent communication.
- Develop and Maintain an up-to-date understanding of mortgage products, rates, and industry guidelines.
- Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth transaction for the client
