    ATG Home Buyers LLC is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join our acquisitions team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for motivated home sellers responding to our outbound SMS campaigns — your job is to qualify those leads and set appointments for our acquisitions team. You'll be having real conversations with homeowners every day, quickly identifying motivation, timeline, and situation to determine whether they're a fit for our criteria. We're looking for someone who is comfortable on the phone, builds trust quickly, and can handle a fairly high volume of conversations without losing their edge. Responsibilities: • Respond to and qualify inbound SMS leads from motivated home sellers, identifying motivation, timeline, and situation to determine fit for our criteria • Set appointments with qualified sellers for the acquisitions team, ensuring a smooth and informed handoff with all relevant details captured • Manage and maintain consistent follow-up with longer-term leads who are not yet ready to sell, keeping ATG top of mind until their timing is right • Accurately log all lead activity, conversations, and pipeline updates in the CRM to ensure nothing falls through the cracks • Participate in regular sales trainings and call reviews with the team to continuously sharpen your skills and improve conversion rates Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred • You are an organized, detail oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process is preferred • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills Compensation: $50,000 base + commission
