🛡️ Role Responsibilities & Requirements
What You’ll Do:
Master the Phone: Maintain a high-volume activity standard of 300+ outbound dials daily to build your pipeline.
Drive Transfers: Identify high-intent leads and execute seamless warm transfers to our senior sales team.
Graduate the Audition: Hit your milestone of 120 successful transfers or 5,000 outbound dials to unlock your paid licensing window.
Small Town Feel, Big Results: Provide the customizable, high-touch service our local community expects from an Allstate representative.
