Weβre looking for a high-energy, customer-focused Sales Development Representative to partner with Outside Sales and Marketing to increase close rates, strengthen customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.

π₯ What Youβll Do
β Partner with Regional Sales Managers to support the full sales cycle β Advance funnel opportunities and improve close rates β Conduct proactive pre- and post-sale follow-up β Drive >80% renewal performance on service programs β Identify add-on, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities β Execute targeted outreach campaigns with Marketing β Respond to inbound inquiries (ContactUs & other channels) β Maintain clean, accurate CRM records and customer data β Monitor open tasks and ensure timely opportunity progression
π§ What Weβre Looking For
β 3+ years in technical sales or sales support β Strong technical aptitude (IP, Cat6, PoE, fiber, switches, routers, WiFi, cloud) β CRM experience (SugarCRM a plus) β Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) β Skilled in LinkedIn & account research β Exceptional organization and follow-up discipline β Natural rapport-builder with strong communication skills β Calm under pressure, solution-oriented mindset β Team player with strong cross-functional collaboration β Bilingual a plus
