We're working with an early-stage, well-funded AI startup in San Francisco, building an AI-powered revenue intelligence platform designed to help modern revenue teams make faster, better decisions.
This is a high-impact, early hire on the GTM team. You won't be stepping into a predefined playbook. You'll help build it.
About the Company
The platform acts as “AI headcount” for revenue teams, not just another tool, but additional analytical and operational capacity.
It connects across CRM data, customer calls, emails, data warehouses, and internal knowledge to answer key business questions in real time, helping Sales, RevOps, and Leadership teams understand what's happening in their business and why.
The company is early but already seeing strong traction, backed by top-tier investors including Lightspeed, Insight Partners, Google Ventures, and Sequoia.
About the Role
We're looking for an SDR to help build and scale the top of the funnel. This is not a traditional SDR role. You'll be part of shaping how pipeline is generated from day one.
You'll work closely with the founders and GTM team to identify target customers, test messaging, and create outbound strategies that convert into a real pipeline.
If you enjoy figuring things out, experimenting, and operating in a fast-moving startup environment, this is a strong opportunity.
What You'll Do
- Identify and research target accounts and key stakeholders (VP Sales, CROs, RevOps leaders)
- Execute thoughtful, multi-channel outbound
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into high-quality meetings
- Partner with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting
- Continuously test and improve outreach strategies and conversion rates
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in an SDR or similar outbound role
- Strong curiosity and ability to personalize outreach beyond templates
- Comfortable having real conversations, not just following scripts
- Self-driven and organized, able to manage your own pipeline
- Interest in startups and operating in an evolving environment
- Desire to grow into a closing or strategic sales role over time

Compensation & Benefits
- OTE: $85K – $95K
- Base: $70K – $80K
- Variable: $15K – $20K
- Equity: Included as part of the compensation package
