Sales Development Representative

DiSabatino Landscaping Pronto Pools division is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative - Pool Sales to join our team. If you have a talent for relationship-building and a keen eye for design, this role could be the perfect fit! Compensation: • Competitive base salary of $100,000, plus commission for exceeding sales goals. • Paid Time Off (PTO). • Comprehensive benefits package available after 60 days. • Bonus opportunities for outstanding performance. Responsibilities: • Engage and connect with potential clients to uncover their outdoor living goals. • Conduct on-site consultations, providing expert advice that aligns with the client’s vision. • Collaborate with our design team to develop customized pool designs tailored to each client’s needs and budget. • Prepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing and timelines, to ensure transparency. • Follow up on leads promptly, maintaining clear, responsive communication throughout the sales process. • Work closely with project managers to ensure customer expectations are met from start to finish. • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications: • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in outdoor living, construction, or a related field. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships. • Salesforce CRM experience is a plus but not required. • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and committed to meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Familiarity with pool designs, materials, and construction processes is advantageous. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits. Compensation: $100,000 base plus commission
