Role:
Own top-of-funnel pipeline creation. Research target accounts, run crisp first conversations, and set high-quality discovery meetings that convert. You’ll follow a proven outreach and qualification process, tailor messaging to construction pains, and partner tightly with AEs, Sales Engineering, and Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Build and prioritize target lists from ICP and marketing-generated leads; execute multi-channel sequences (calls, email, LinkedIn).
Hold clean first conversations: confirm problem, fit, timing, and stakeholders; set qualified discovery meetings with mutual next steps.
Research accounts: map owners/GCs/MEP/Cx stakeholders, active projects, schedules/milestones, and current tools (e.g., Procore, BIM 360).
Convert MQLs → SALs/SQLs; document pain points, use cases, buying process, and success criteria; keep CRM spotless.
Assist marketing on campaigns (webinars, inbound follow-up, nurtures); report weekly on activity and conversion; iterate sequences.
Qualifications:
1–3+ years B2B SaaS prospecting (SDR/BDR) with consistent meeting and SQL attainment; startup experience a plus.
Strong phone presence and concise writing; process-driven, coachable, and resilient.
Comfortable learning and then discussing construction workflows (QA/QC, commissioning, turnover); construction background preferred.
Familiarity with Procore and/or Autodesk BIM 360; basic scheduling literacy (critical path/milestones) is a plus.
Tools: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo; solid spreadsheet hygiene.
In-office availability; excellent time management and calendar discipline.
Success Metrics:
Pipeline created ($) and SAL/SQL volume.
Meeting acceptance & show rates; SAL→SQL and SQL→opportunity conversion.
Reply rates and meetings per 100 contacts.
MQL follow-up speed SLA and CRM hygiene.
Logistics:
Primarily in-office; no travel. Reports to Director of Marketing. Compensation: competitive base + variable tied to SAL/SQL and pipeline created.
