Responsibilities: • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads • Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met In This Role, You Will: • Speak with warm inbound leads — no cold calling • Qualify prospective clients and guide them through our intake process • Communicate the value of our legal services with clarity and compassion • Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure smooth handoffs Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills • Experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably within the legal industry • Ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and compassionate manner • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance metrics • Strong organizational skills to maintain and update customer databases accurately • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities • Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and team members to ensure seamless client transitions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with prospective clients effectively Compensation: $150,000 annually potential
