We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and add qualified leads to the sales funnel. Responsibilities: • Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads • Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities • Greet and assist customers in selecting sheds based on their requirements • Showcasing both ready-to-sell buildings and custom designs • Provide detailed product information, features, and benefits to customers • Answer inquiries regarding pricing, delivery, installation, and product specifications • Generate leads through prospecting and networking • Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues • Maintain a clean and organized showroom appearance • Collaborate with the installation team to coordinate delivery and installation schedules • Participate in ongoing sales training and weekly sales meetings Qualifications: • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software • Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information and procedures • Basic computer skills: familiarity with MS Office or CRM software is a plus • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales or customer service is advantageous • A passion for learning and a desire to grow within the company • Prior experience in sales, preferably in the retail or construction industry, is a plus but not required Compensation: $47,500 - $67,500 yearly
