We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support the early stages of our sales process. The SDR plays a critical role in identifying qualified candidates or prospects, conducting initial outreach, asking screening questions, and scheduling interviews or sales appointments for the next stage of the process.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to applicants or prospective leads
Conduct initial screening and qualification conversations
Ask structured questions to assess interest, availability, and fit
Provide a brief overview of the company and role or service
Schedule interviews or next-step appointments for qualified individuals
Send follow-up emails or messages to contacts who did not answer
Accurately document call outcomes, notes, and scheduling details
Maintain consistent follow-up to support the sales pipeline
Represent the company professionally in all communications
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new contacts
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to manage time independently and meet activity goals
Professional and courteous phone presence
