    SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

    JOB DESCRIPTION


    A Sales Development Rep at IOU Financial acts as an extension of the sales team of Business Growth Advisers, assisting in cultivating customer relationships, qualifying interested customers through our online application, and finding the right financial product for our small business customers.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Works with internal and external partners in a professional manner, assisting with problem solving and structuring loan requests.
    • Works with Business Growth Advisors to qualify, expedite and present loan offers.
    • Develops and maintains in-depth knowledge of IOU Financial products and services.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to build rapport with clients.
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
    • Positive and professional demeanor.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Manage time judiciously, focusing on urgent and important tasks while avoiding procrastination.
    • Strong follow-up ability with keen attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
    • Preferred Qualifications: * Proficiency in a CRM * Salesforce experience

    A Broker Sales Development Rep at IOU Financial acts as an extension of the sales team of Account Executives,
    assisting in cultivating broker relationships, working deal stipulations, and responding to client and broker
    requests.

    RESPONSIBILITIES


    • Works with an assigned Account Executive to review and enter loan applications into the IOU Financial lending platform.
    • Works with internal and external partners in a professional manner, assisting with problem solving and structuring loan requests.
    • Works with Account Executives to expedite and present loan offers.
    • Assists Account Executives with troubleshooting, resolving system and/or product issues, and addressing
    • partner concerns.
    • Develops and maintains in-depth knowledge of IOU Financial products and services.
