We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This is a key front-line role that will support our business development efforts by identifying and qualifying sales opportunities with industrial clients (utilities, data centers, refineries, chemical plants, etc.). As an SDR, you will help expand our pipeline by reaching out to prospects, scheduling introductory meetings, and collaborating closely with the Business Development team. Success in the position will enable career growth opportunities for outside sales roles in enterprise SaaS software as we grow Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, phone) to identify new opportunities. • Qualify inbound leads and assess their potential fit for Infinite Cooling's solutions. • Research and build a strong understanding of target industries, company structures, and key decision-makers. • Schedule introductory calls and demos for the business development team with qualified prospects. • Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot). • Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and campaigns. • Provide feedback on market trends and customer pain points. Qualifications: Required: • 1–3 years of experience in a B2B sales or SDR/BDR role selling technology (preferably in energy or industrial software sectors). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Comfortable making cold calls and engaging with technical buyers. • Highly organized and self-motivated. Preferred: • Technical understanding or curiosity about cooling systems, industrial processes, digital transformation, Industry 4.0, or environmental technologies. • Previous experience working at a startup or growth-stage company selling new technology. Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 yearly plus commission
