    Position Overview

    We’ve been retained by our client to find a high-performing Sales Development Representative to help drive new business. This role is ideal for a motivated, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a direct impact on revenue growth by identifying and qualifying sales opportunities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and research potential clients in residential, commercial, and energy sectors

    • Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and social media to generate interest

    • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team

    • Comfortable in making 200+ cold calls per day

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM

    • Collaborate with marketing to optimize campaigns and outreach strategies

    • Provide insights to internal teams based on lead feedback and market trends

    Qualifications

    • 2-5 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or inside sales

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong organizational and time management abilities

    • Tech-savvy, with CRM and Microsoft Office experience

    • Driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

    • Prior exposure to construction, trades, or service-based industries is a plus
